Service-to-Go is an online service provided for Customers residing in the Upstate of South Carolina. Your service location must be located in one of the following counties in order to use this service: Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, Newberry, Oconee, Pickens, Spartanburg, and Union.
Response to Service-to-Go is provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Holidays not included. If Emergency Service is desired, please call our toll free number 800-248-5885.
*Note: All Retail Grocer Customers, participating in the Service Provider Network, must contact your help desk to initiate Service Request. Service calls cannot be placed on this form, from a participating Store in the Service Provider Network.
