A Counting Scale, available from our rental fleet can accurately count a box of small parts in a fraction of the time it takes to physically count the parts. For those unfamiliar with Counting Scales, following are the requirements:
- Place empty container on scale, press the “tare” key.
- Operator places a sample of 10 pieces on the scale.
- Press Sample Key.
- Display indicates 10 pieces.
- Operator places fills container and documents count.
